Chatbot Data Collection

Our website features Lumen, an AI-powered chatbot. When you interact with Lumen, we collect the messages you send, your name and email address if voluntarily provided, and the language of your conversation. This data is stored securely and used to respond to your inquiry and, if you share contact information, to follow up on your project interest. Conversation data is processed by Anthropic (Claude AI) for generating responses. We do not use chatbot conversations for advertising or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary for the service.

Cookies

Our website uses the NEXT_LOCALE cookie to store your language preference. This is a functional cookie with a duration of 1 year. With your consent, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel may also set cookies or similar technologies to measure website traffic, user behavior, campaign performance, and website conversions.

Web Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic, Microsoft Clarity to analyze on-page behavior through tools such as session recordings and heatmaps, and the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and website conversions. Third Parties

Email delivery for form submissions may be processed by Resend. Traffic, behavior, and campaign-performance data may be processed by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any other third parties.
